Altering provisions of law providing operational funding to fire departments and rescue squads in Charles County to include the Charles County dive rescue team; requiring the County Commissioners to pay specified proceeds of a fire and rescue tax to the dive rescue team under specified circumstances; requiring the dive rescue team to use the proceeds for specified purposes; etc.
