Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - St. Paul Community Centre

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Saint Paul Community Development Corporation for the construction and capital equipping of a building for the St. Paul Community Centre in Capitol Heights, to be used as an expansion of an existing day care center and for office space, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
