Exempting current and former members of the Maryland National Guard
who meet specified requirements from paying a vehicle registration
fee; and exempting a person from paying a vehicle registration fee if
the person is at least 65 years old and is the surviving spouse of a
deceased Maryland National Guardsman who would have qualified for a
specified exemption.
