Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Automobile Donations to Charitable Organizations to review procedures and regulations of automobile donations in the State; requiring the Task Force to hold public hearings and to submit a report and make recommendations by December 31, 2000; providing for the membership and appointment of the Task Force; providing for reimbursement for the members of the Task Force; and terminating the Task Force on January 1, 2001.
