County Commissioners - Removal of Appointed Officers and Employees

Synopsis:

Expanding the authority of the county commissioners of specified counties to remove for cause specified county officers and employees who are appointed by the county commissioners; and repealing a prohibition against the removal of specified county officers and employees appointed by the county commissioners under public general or public local laws.
