Synopsis:

Authorizing the local legislative body of a code home rule county to designate the county planning director or another designee to grant administrative adjustments, special exceptions, or conditional uses to specified land use restrictions in accordance with specified criteria and procedures; requiring the local legislative body to consult with specified entities in developing and adopting specified criteria and procedures; etc.
