Soil Conservation Districts - Delegation of Authority to Municipal Corporations

Synopsis:

Authorizing a soil conservation district to delegate the authority to approve a grading and sediment control plan for a grading or building permit or a sediment control plan for construction to municipal corporations that have their own sediment control review provisions and that issue sediment control permits.
