Air Museum and Visitors Center
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, with
a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the
Board of County Commissioners of St. Mary's County for the planning,
design, construction, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the buildings and exhibits of the Patuxent River Naval
Air Museum and Visitors Center, to be used to present the history and
technology of naval aviation, the strategic role it has played in
world affairs during the past half-century, and its future role; etc.
