Requiring State officials and candidates for State office to disclose
any gift, other than a trivial gift of informational value, that is
received directly or indirectly from a registered lobbyist, an entity
regulated by the State, or an entity doing business with the State;
and repealing specified exemptions relating to the disclosure of gifts
received by members of the General Assembly and specified officials of
the Legislative Branch.
