Electric Cooperatives - Services and Governance

Synopsis:

Authorizing electric cooperatives to supply additional products and services to members or other persons and entities; removing a 10% limitation on the number of persons or entities who are not members of an electric cooperative to whom an electric cooperative may provide services; authorizing limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships to become electric cooperatives; changing the officers of electric cooperatives from a president and vice-president to a chairman and vice-chairman; etc.
