Corporations - Investment Companies - Directors

Synopsis:

Clarifying that service as a director or trustee of specified investment companies and other entities, or the receipt of fees or other compensation for that service, may not be considered in determining whether a director is independent or disinterested; defining a term; and providing for the application of the Act.
