Education - School Employees Enhancement Act

Synopsis:

Providing for State matching salary enhancements for school employees under specified circumstances; establishing that State matching salary enhancements shall be considered part of the base salary of an employee for the purpose of computing fringe benefits and salary increases; requiring specified entities to develop knowledge, skills, and responsibilities that an employee shall acquire to be eligible for additional compensation; etc.
