Synopsis:

Altering provisions of law prohibiting a new or used car dealer from selling, bartering, delivering, giving away, showing, or offering for sale a motor vehicle or certificate of title for a motor vehicle on Sunday to exclude Baltimore County; and providing for the application of the Act.
