Entitled:

Workers' Compensation - Self-Insured Local Government - Compensation Prohibited

Synopsis:

Providing that an employee of a self-insured local government whose injuries are compensable under Maryland workers' compensation laws may not recover specified benefits, regardless of whether workers' compensation benefits have been applied for or received by the injured employee.
