Criminal Procedure - Corrections Options Pilot Program

Synopsis:

Establishing a Corrections Options Pilot Program in the Division of Parole and Probation for Baltimore City and Howard, Prince George's, and Somerset counties; establishing a Corrections Options Authority and local community planning councils in specified counties; requiring the Corrections Options Authority to perform specified tasks; allowing courts in Baltimore City and Howard, Prince George's, and Somerset counties to impose sentences in accordance with recommendations of a Corrections Options Authority; etc.
