Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $40,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City, Inc. for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Town Hall in Cottage City; etc.
