allergic reactions to insect stings, food, or a food additive;
requiring an ambulance to carry a supply of subcutaneous epinephrine;
authorizing the limited administration of epinephrine by
nonprofessionals; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene
to administer a program for the emergency treatment of severe allergic
reactions to food or food additives; etc.
