Authorizing the Charles County Board of License Commissioners to issue
a special Class B-B&B (bed and breakfast) on-sale beer, wine and
liquor license; establishing the qualifications for the license;
authorizing a Class B-B&B licensee to sell alcoholic beverages only to
guests; establishing annual fees for the license; establishing the
hours and days for sale for the license; and establishing that the
license is void if the licensed premises cease to operate as a bed and
breakfast.
