Requiring the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County to meet regularly on days set by the Board by resolution to conduct county business; providing for special meetings and cancellation of meetings of the Board; requiring the meetings of the Board to comply with the Open Meetings Act; and repealing provisions of law concerning the meeting requirements of the Board.
