Establishing in Caroline County a Class BWTS beer and wine (on-premises) tasting or sampling license for beer and wine tasting and sampling; establishing a $50 fee; requiring recipients of a Class BWTS license to give consumers wine or beer for tasting or sampling at no charge; etc.
