Establishing a 15-member Task Force on Legislative Management to review efforts by other states to manage and better focus on legislative workload; requiring the Task Force to hold public hearings and consult with the legislatures of other states and with national organizations; requiring the Task Force to submit a report and make recommendations by December 31, 2001; providing for the termination of the Task Force on January 1, 2002; etc.
