Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Reopening of Licensed Premises
Requiring in Baltimore City that, except where extenuating
circumstances exist, before a licensed premises that has been closed
for at least 3 consecutive months may reopen, the Board of Liquor
License Commissioners shall hold a public hearing and the licensee
shall obtain approval from the Board.
