Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Holy
Nativity and St. John's Development Corporation for the acquisition of
the property located at 4403 Pimlico Road in Baltimore, and for the
design and construction of a facility to provide community activities,
programs, and functions; requiring the grantee to provide and expend a
matching fund; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds of the sale of
the bonds and the matching fund for religious purposes.
