Synopsis:

Providing that, if an electronic record is used to provide or make available information that is required to be provided or made available to a consumer in writing, the affirmative consent of the consumer is required and statements must be provided to the consumer prior to the consumer's consent; specifying the contents of the statements that must be provided to the consumer; providing that a consumer consent or confirm consent to use of electronic records in a specified manner; etc.
