Establishing a State Reading Advisory Council on Learning-Related Vision Problems; specifying the purpose and membership of the Advisory Council; requiring the Advisory Council to issue an interim report on or before September 30, 2002, and a final report on or before September 30, 2003; and providing for the termination of the Act.
