Creation of a State Debt - Garrett County Memorial Hospital

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,600,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Garrett County Memorial Hospital for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new emergency department and the renovation, repair, reconstruction, and capital equipping of existing hospital facilities; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
