Income Tax - Credit for Land Rented to Farmers
Allowing a State income tax credit for individuals in an amount equal
to 5% of the gross rental income, as defined, received under a
share-rental agreement, as defined between an owner of agricultural
land and a qualified farmer; limiting the credit to the State income
tax otherwise imposed for the taxable year; providing for the
determination of the amount of the credit for nonresidents and
part-year residents; defining terms; and applying the Act to taxable
years after 2000.
