Department of Housing and Community Development - Neighborhood and Community Assistance Program

Synopsis:

Specifying that the Neighborhood and Community Assistance Program shall encourage projects in priority funding areas; defining "priority funding area"; and allowing the Department of Housing and Community Development to give preference to designated revitalization areas in selecting projects for the Program.
