Allowing an evaluation of permanent impairment under the workers'
compensation laws to be made by a licensed psychologist, a
psychiatrist, or other qualified physician if the impairment involves
a behavioral or mental disorder; and requiring the evaluation of
permanent impairment involving a behavioral or mental disorder to be
reported to the Workers' Compensation Commission in accordance with
regulations.
