Agriculture - Land Preservation Grants Act of 2001
Establishing the Agricultural Land Preservation Supplementary Grants
Fund; requiring the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation
to administer the Fund and establish application procedures; requiring
the State to provide agricultural land preservation grants to
specified counties; limiting use of the funds to specified purposes;
providing that moneys in the Fund not spent by July 1, 2004, shall be
transferred to the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Fund to be
used for a specified purpose; etc.
