Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance, retirees of the
Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System who are
reemployed as principals and supervisors of principals under specified
circumstances; requiring the county boards of education to provide
information to the State Retirement Agency; and clarifying that the
retirees must meet specified performance requirements for each year of
their employment.
