Fund
Establishing a Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Fund; providing
that the Fund is a special, continuing, nonlapsing fund; requiring the
annual distribution to the Fund by the Comptroller of moneys from a
$10 surcharge on specified traffic fines required to be assessed by
police officers and courts; providing that the purpose of the Fund is
to assist individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who have
suffered traumatic brain injury, and their families, in paying for
specified services and products; etc.
