Vehicle Laws - Towing - Persons with a Disability

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the towing of a vehicle displaying a special registration plate for a person with a disability, a parking placard for a person with a disability, or a temporary parking placard for a person with a disability under specified circumstances; prohibiting a local ordinance regulating parking from authorizing the towing of a vehicle that is displaying special registration plates or parking placards for a person with a disability unless the vehicle is abandoned; etc.
