Motor Homes and Travel Trailers - Bottled Propane Gas Regulations - Modification of Tunnel Restrictions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting motor carrier safety regulations adopted by the Motor Vehicle Administration and the Department of State Police from prohibiting a motor home or travel trailer that is carrying bottled propane gas from using the Fort McHenry Tunnel (I-95) or the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel (I-895) based on the weight of any individual container being carried, unless the weight of the container exceeds 70 lbs.
