Synopsis:

Establishing the crime of homicide by aggressive driving for a person who commits at least a specified number of motor vehicle violations in connection with a single traffic incident that results in the death of another person; providing for specified penalties; establishing specified violations to which the crime of homicide by aggressive driving applies; providing for the assessment of points by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) for a conviction for the crime of homicide by aggressive driving; etc.
