container of alcoholic beverages in the passenger compartment of the
vehicle; prohibiting a passenger from possessing or consuming the
contents of an open container of alcoholic beverages; expanding the
areas to which the prohibition against consuming alcoholic beverages
while driving applies; providing exceptions to these prohibitions for
buses and taxicabs; etc.
