Expanding eligibility for unemployment benefits to eligible
individuals who voluntarily leave work immediately following the birth
or adoption of a child to provide the primary care for the child;
providing that the birth or adoption of a child may constitute good
cause for voluntarily leaving work under specified circumstances;
providing the period of time during which those individuals are
entitled to receive unemployment benefits and the amount of those
benefits; etc.
