Restrictions
PG 303-01
Prohibiting in Prince George's County a person from allowing the
placement of advertisements for alcoholic beverages in publicly
visible locations; providing that the Act does not restrict specified
advertisements; declaring the intent of the General Assembly;
authorizing the County Council and County Executive of Prince George's
County to adopt an ordinance more restrictive than the Act; and
establishing a maximum penalty of $1,000 for a violation of the Act.
