Repealing provisions of law requiring authorized insurers and the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund to file with the Insurance Commissioner specified data about the geographic distribution of private passenger premium and residential property premium; requiring authorized insurers and the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund to file with the Commissioner in a specified manner data about the geographic distribution of private passenger premium and residential property premium; etc.
