Redeposit of Dredge Spoil - Historical Natural Islands
Prohibiting the Department of the Environment from approving the
construction of specified contained areas in the waters of the
Chesapeake Bay for the redeposit of specified spoil or specified other
materials; authorizing the Department to approve the construction of
existing islands or historical natural islands in the Chesapeake Bay
for the redeposit of specified spoil; and requiring the Department of
Transportation to use specified spoil for specified purposes.
