Environment - Air Quality - Permits or Registration

Synopsis:

Providing that a facility required to obtain a permit to operate from the United States Environmental Protection Agency under a specified law is not required to obtain a permit or registration before it constructs, modifies, operates, or uses a source that may cause or control emissions into the air.
