Senatorial Scholarships - Use at Out-of-State Institutions - Disabled Applicants

Synopsis:

Establishing that a disabled applicant may use a senatorial scholarship at an institution of higher education outside the State if the institution makes special provisions for disabled students and comparable special provisions are not available to that student at an institution in the State.
