Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to update every 3 years the delineations of submerged aquatic vegetation protection zones that were completed in 2000; prohibiting the use of specified commercial gear in a submerged aquatic protection zone; requiring the Department to review and comment on applications for permits for the construction of piers, stormwater outfall pipes, and sewage treatment outfall pipes to specified entities; etc.
