Ethics Law - Preliminary Disclosure Statement

Synopsis:

Repealing a provision of the Maryland Public Ethics Law that requires some legislators to file a disclosure no later than the seventh day of the regular legislative session; and retaining the requirement to file an annual disclosure on or before April 30.
