Uniform Principal and Income Act - Adjustments Between Principal and Income

Synopsis:

Authorizing a trustee to make adjustments between principal and income under specified circumstances; requiring a trustee to give notice to specified beneficiaries of a proposed decision to exercise or not to exercise the power to adjust; and providing for judicial review of a proposed decision.
