Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $140,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City for the acquisition, construction, and capital equipping of a multipurpose building for the Town of Cottage City, to house maintenance equipment and a police property locker; etc.
