Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill 750 - Dorchester County - Public School Capital Improvement Bonds.

This bill authorizes the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to issue up to $2.5 million in general obligation bonds for the construction and improvement of public school facilities in Dorchester County.

House Bill 1046, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate Bill 750.
