False, Fictitious, or Fraudulent Representations to Legislative Branch Units

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from falsifying or concealing a material fact or making or using a false, fictitious, or fraudulent representation in a matter within the jurisdiction of a unit of the Legislative Branch; and imposing a penalty for a violation of the Act.
