Public Service Commission - Proceedings - Scope and Time Limitations
Expanding the scope of complaint proceedings before the Public Service
Commission (PSC); requiring the PSC to serve a copy of a complaint on
the alleged violation; requiring specified complaint proceedings to be
resolved within 70 days after the filing of the complaint; authorizing
a person filing a complaint to request a hearing under specified
circumstances; and requiring that a decision and order of the
Commission in contested cases be issued within 60 days after the close
of the record.
