Establishing a pilot program in Anne Arundel County for teacher certification for retired professionals; requiring that Anne Arundel Community College and Anne Arundel County Public Schools jointly administer the program; authorizing participants to request a waiver of clinical practice requirements under specified circumstances; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
